In this context, the Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy is aligned with our vision of being a consultancy company recognized for its ability to respond to the emerging challenges faced by organizations and people.
We view the IMS as an integral part of our growth and continuous improvement strategy, as well as a vehicle for enhancing our services and processes, thereby contributing to increased satisfaction among our clients and employees. The Integrated Management System Policy is also a fundamental tool for the operational development of the Innovation Strategy and for defining its objectives.
With this focus, askblue is committed to:
- Implement the best practices established in the ISO9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and ISO 56001:2024 standards, ensuring the continuous improvement of processes and the Integrated Management System;
- Ensure the development and sustainability of the business in the information technology and operational consulting market, based on a thorough understanding of client’s expectations, by proposing the most appropriate solutions;
- Guarantee the ability to fulfil established commitments and meet applicable requirements, through a structured approach to defining and delivering dedicated services tailored to each client’s specific needs;
- Maintain a culture that recognizes the importance of effective management, based on measuring and assessing client satisfaction, the competencies of our employees, and the reliability of our partnerships, in order to ensure continuous improvement;
- Promote a culture of innovation in the field of information technology, focused on delivering value to both external and internal stakeholders, through the development of a governance model that fosters adaptability, participation, and the approval of ideas;
- Foster a quality culture across all business areas, ensuring that our employees have access to appropriate training and a clear understanding of its principles and objectives;

- Ensure the communication and promotion of innovation initiatives and stakeholder participation, including the co-creation of initiatives with clients and partners;
- Continuously develop and update our employee’s skills through guidance, training, and awareness initiatives, ensuring their continuous improvement in meeting the needs of each challenge, including the importance of innovation management;
- Ensure the resources and processes required for the IMS, while meeting the requirements of relevant standards and codes of good practice, as well as the stakeholders’ expectations;
- Promote perseverance and ensure the innovations implementation, in line with the objectives and the innovation program;
- Integrate sustainability principles into our business strategy and operations, in line with askblue’s values and with market best practices;
- Periodically assess the risks that may impact the Integrated Management System, defining appropriate controls to support the policies in place at askblue;
- Ensure the implementation of system evaluation mechanisms, through monitoring, measurement, analysis, and periodic review procedures, promoting and enabling the continuous improvement of the IMS.

Information Security Policy
askblue is committed to ensuring the development and sustainability of businesses, guaranteeing the ability to fulfill the commitments made and the satisfaction of applicable requirements in terms of information security. To this end, askblue commits to:
- Ensure the existence of an adequate and consistent Information Security management model, promoting its continuous improvement;
- Promote the prevention of Information Security incidents, namely the loss or destruction, improper disclosure and/or dissemination, alteration, storage or unauthorized access, regardless of their format, mode of treatment, means of transmission and type of support, thus mitigating or reducing the Information Security risk to acceptable levels;
- Keep employees’ Information Security training updated and suitable for the functions assigned to them;
- Include in relations with clients and suppliers, particularly in the signing of contracts, Information Security requirements and obligations;
- Progressively implement the best practices established in the ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002 standards.
