IT Technical support Technician ( Helpdesk )

We are looking for an IT Technical support Technician (Helpdesk) to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisboa.

Tasks:

  • Provide In person / Face to face, IT support in a large-scale end-user environment;
  • Remote Support & In person/On desk/field support;
  • Work by procedures and tickets;
  • Support users’ migration from desktop to HVD

Requirements:

  • Hardware and Software;
  • Networking and security;
  • Problem solving and critical thinking;
  • VDI / HVD;
  • Main Technologies: MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipment’s (cisco), iPhone & Mac, Smart pass, Active Directory, Network protocols;
  • Communication;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Conscientiousness;
  • Teamwork;
  • Multitasking Ability;
  • Fluent in English


Work Arrangement:

  • 100% On-site
