We are looking for IT Technician to join our company, in one of our projects, In the Automotive Industry business area, located in Lisbon.

We are looking for IT Technician to join our company, in one of our projects, In the Automotive Industry business area, located in Lisbon.
Tasks:

Answer and log technical support tickets.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Provide remote and in-person support.
Carry out the preparation, installation and configuration of various types of IT equipment and software.
Perform cable management.
Schedule deliveries and collections of devices and equipment with users.
Carry out deployments of MacOS and Windows computers, as well as iOS devices.
Be part of the IT onboarding and offboarding process for company employees.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of requests, incidents, problems and applied solutions/workarounds.

2-4 years' experience in troubleshooting and support on end-user clients.
Understanding of SCCM image deployment.
Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience.
Demonstrated professionalism in resolving customer issues.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions.
Demonstrated ability to link on his feet and take a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with desktop administration and deployment.
Demonstrated Execution: ability to take action and follow through.
Demonstrated Results: ability to makes a difference by successfully exceeding expectations on established metrics.
Experience with Apple and Windows operating systems.
Experience with ITIL methodologies and best practices.
Office 365 installation and Activation (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Familiarity with deployments through SCCM.
Training in IT or related areas.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work flexible hours.
Excellent communication in Portuguese and English, both written and oral.
