We are looking for a Senior Application & Data Warehouse Support Engineer (Magnitude/SQL/SSIS) to join our company, in one of our projects, in the construction, mobility and industrial sectors, located in Lisbon. We are looking for a Senior Application & Data Warehouse Support Engineer (Magnitude/SQL/SSIS) who will manage, maintain, and enhance the Magnitude environment, its supporting infrastructure, and associated data warehouse. This role combines application management, technical administration, and data processing expertise, ensuring the reliability of financial consolidation processes and enabling downstream BI and reporting.

Tasks:

• Magnitude Application Management.
• Administer, monitor, and support the Magnitude consolidation application.
• Manage application lifecycle: installation, upgrades, patches, and new version deployments.
• Ensure system availability and performance to meet Group Finance reporting deadlines.
• Infrastructure & Technical Support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the application on Windows Server environments.
• Support integrations leveraging .NET components within the Magnitude ecosystem.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure system stability, security, and compliance.
• Data Warehouse & Integration.
• Maintain and support the Magnitude Data Warehouse built on SQL Server.
• Develop, enhance, and support ETL processes using SSIS.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and timely availability for BI and reporting.
• Support integration with Snowflake (nice to have), as Magnitude datasets are increasingly stored and leveraged there.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement.
• Work closely with Group Finance and cross IT teams to ensure smooth operations of consolidation and reporting processes.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements in performance, automation, and reliability.
• Document processes, standards, and solutions for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in application support/administration in a corporate or Group Finance environment.
• Knowledge of Magnitude application.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
• Good understanding of .NET technologies for application support.
• Expertise in SQL Server and SSIS for ETL and data warehouse maintenance.
• Familiarity with Snowflake (nice to have).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in international and cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid (Twice a week in the office).
